Supplemental Skills Clinics

As part of the Travel Program, RSA offers Supplemental Skills Clinics to all travel team players run by our New York Red Bull Coaches at no additional cost.  Clinics include:

SAQ (Speed and Quickness) 1v1 Clinic 
- Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
Designed to help each player develop speed, agility, coordination and improving their ability to attack 1v1 at speed. 

Ball Striking Clinic 
- Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
This clinic is designed to develop each players ability to strike the ball in a variety of different scenarios (shooting, passing and cross). Each session is designed to work on a specific surface of the foot to help the players develop a well rounded tool-kit to be able strike the ball effectively and in good form for any position on the field.

Pool Training
For years the ability of players to play alongside players of differing ages has been used throughout the world as a supplementary training mechanism; players will training with neighboring age groups to go through technical, possession and free play to allow each player to experience playing with other players but also to help further align themselves with the clubs playing philosophy.

Goalkeeping Clinics
In hopes of separating the ages to provide for more development specific goalkeeping training; we have moved the GK Clinics to Fridays. Please see the age groups/time breakdown below:

2005/2006/2007 GKS- Friday 5 to 6 PM
2008/2009/2010/2011 GKS- Friday 6 to 7 PM
